Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At TheRareU, we value your trust and aim to deliver high-quality products you’ll love. If something doesn’t feel right, please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility Window

  • All return or exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of the product being delivered.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform our support team within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Supporting images or videos may be required for verification.

3. Quality Check & Processing Time

  • Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a mandatory quality inspection.

  • After successful verification, refunds are processed within 2–3 working days.

4. Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are issued as a digital gift card:

    • Valid for 30 days

    • One-time use only

    • Non-transferable and non-refundable

5. Reverse Pickup Charges

  • A ₹100 reverse pickup fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.

  • This charge covers logistics and handling costs.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Condition of Returned Products

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Products that fail the quality inspection will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

8. Final Decision

  • TheRareU reserves the right to approve or reject any return, exchange, or refund request based on the inspection results.
